Multi Sport Camp & Training Days
At least a couple hours of running each day Morning/Evening.
Plus Swimming @ 20 minutes and biking @ 35 miles or so.
With it's lakeside grass trails and wild Swan's amongst the lily pads in the Cove, in my opinion it's the most awesome and wonderful place to run in Ohio!
