2010 Coors Light / Trail of Tears Triathlon:
- will be at Trail of Tears State Park.
- Race limited to first 250.
- Lots of Awards for overall and Age Groups.
- Lunch provided after race.
Course Information:
- This year's swim will be 700 meters
- The bike will remain unchanged from past years, and the run will now be an out and back on one of the scenic roads closed to traffic completly inside the state park. It will feature a fantastic view overlooking the Mississippi River and Southern Illinois's river valley. It will finish above the lake area where you can walk over to the post race activities.

IMPORTANT RACE UPDATE:
- From The Race Director: I have another update for our race on September 11, 2010 in Cape Girardeau, MO. The State Park has agreed to delay the major renovations planned inside the park until after our race allowing us to hold the race at Trail of Tears again this year with a couple small changes. The swim will be 700 meters instead of a 1/2 mile and the run will be a different course inside the park measuring 3.1 miles. The bike will be the same as always.
