Kids Rock Triathlon : Kids Race
Triathlon : Swim 100 Yards, Bike 1 Mile, Run .5 Miles

Bring the kids out for the 2nd annual Kids ROCK Triathlon at the XTERRA Black Diamond course.

The 100 yard swim is in deep water but kids are allowed to use flotation devices or adult help! Lifeguards will be on hand.

The 1-mile and .5 mile bike and run courses are off-road but are easily navigable with a knobby-tired bike.

Appropriate for kids age 7-12 or old enough to be pushed along by a willing parent.

Each participant will receive a ribbon and a t-shirt.
