Join HFP Racing and the Columbus JCC as we celebrate July 4th at the the Independence Triathlon.
The race will feature a 300 yard serpentine swim in the park pool followed by 12 mile bike on the following country roads around the Hoover Reservoir and finishing with a flat out and back 5k run.
Due to parking limitations this race is limited to the first 250 participants.
This race is the perfect first timer event for those wanting to get their feet wet in the sport of triathlon or a nice speed session for the veteran triathlete.

Take I-270 North, exit at Rt. 161 East to Sunbury Rd./Hoover Dam, heading North

Follow Sunbury Road to Central College Road

Turn right onto Central College, to Cubbage Corners, and turn left

Follow to stop sign, Walnut Street

Turn left, then make a quick right, where you'll see the sign to Hoover Family Park entrance

The top three overall ladies will receive special awards. In addition, the top three in all age groups (15-19, 20-24...75+), Athena, Mountain Bike, and all relay teams divisions will receive awards.
