2010 Lake Logan Triathlon:
The 6th annual Lake Logan Triathlon is sometimes dubbed the "World's Hardest Sprint Triathlon.
The swim is a straight foward out and back 1/4 mile.
The cycling starts out flat and climbs away from the lake valley, then turns around and returns to the lake.
The run is a 5K loop over the rolling hills near the lake.
Course Information:
- A warm, slow current state park lake swim, followed by a flat to hilly and back cycling section, with a tough hilly 5K run on the end.
Directions:
- From SR 33 in Logan take SR 180 south about 50 yards, then turn left on Lake Logan rd.
- Follow Lake Logan Rd. for about 3 miles to the Lake Logan Beach.
Other Info:
- Awards to the top three in each age group starting at 15-19, and then every 10 years.
- All pre-registered entries will receive a techwear tee-shirt.
- There will be snacks and drinks after the race for particapates.
