2010 Chisago Lakes Triathlon:
- Half Iron and Spint distance triathlon in Chisago MN.
- Over $5000 in prize money will be awarded to the top 5 overall winners. The prize purse is M/F $1000, $600, $500, $400, & $300.
- There are awards for age groups every 5 yrs from age 14 through 90, top 3 relay, Athena & Clydesdale.
- Enjoy brunch buffet, Swedish pancakes & Swedish ice cream after the event.
Course Information:
Swim:
- The swim is at beautiful Paradise Park on Chisago Lake.
- Plenty of buoys & a balloon arch serve as a guide for the finish.
Bike: - The bike course is flat with a few rolling hills.
Run: - The run goes through charming residential streets with great community suppport & several water stations.
Directions:
From the Twin Cities:
- Take 35W or 35E north to I-35.
- Take Exit 132 east onto Highway 8 (10 miles) to Chisago City.
- At the stoplight go south on Old Towne Road/County Road 24 one block to Stinson Avenue then left to Paradise/Chuckie Lundquist Park. 11031 Stinson Avenue, Chisago City, MN 55013

From St. Cloud: - Take Highway 95 east to North Branch, turn right on County Road 14 then keep right on County Road 77 to Chisago City.
- At the stoplight go south on Old Towne Road/County Road 24 one block to Stinson Avenue then left to Paradise/Chuckie Lundquist Park, 11031 Stinson Avenue, Chisago City, MN 55013.
