Attire: Preferred attire for swim, bike and run. Bring towel and water bottles. Spin bikes
have SPD pedals and clipless cages.
Registration: 10:00-10:30 am
Participants are allowed times for safe transition between race legs. Transitions dont count toward the 60 minutes of racing time.
Duration: The indoor triathlon is based on time unlike outdoor triathlon based on distance.
Scoring: Performance is measured by the total distance cover in the swim and run set times. The more distance you cover, the higher your score.
