Triathlon : Run 3.1 Miles, Bike 13.2 Miles, Canoe/Kayak 1.6 Miles |

Running : Run 3.1 Miles |
The Run leg is a standard 5K run and will begin at the Le Roy Tennis courts and go through the town and finish with a dash down main street before turning onto South Street. Runners will continue on South Street to the stop sign. Take a right onto Exchange Street and then a right on Summit Street back to the transition area.
The bike leg is approximately 13.1 miles and has some moderate elevations changes but will not be too difficult for first time triathletes.
The canoe/Kayak leg will be approximately 1-1/2 miles. Participants will enter the creek in front of Wolcott Street School entrance driveway and do an approximately 1.5 mile loop. Canoeist will exit the water to the finish on the creek bank. The canoe leg will consist of two canoeist and a single blade paddle.
Interstate 490 west to exit1 (Le Roy-Brockport). You are now traveling on Route 19 south. You will continue on 19 until you come into town ( about 6 miles or so). At the light (Intersection of Main and 19) take a left onto Main street. Go over the bridge and then take your next right. Transition area is just past the school on the right. Parking to be determined...
Take the New York State Thruway to exit 47. After the toll booth you are now on interstate 490. Take the immediate exit which is exit1 (Le Roy-Brockport). You are now traveling on Route 19 south. You will continue on 19 until you come into town ( about 6 miles or so). At the light (Intersection of Main and 19) take a left onto Main street. Go over the bridge and then take your next right. Transition area is just past the school on the right. Parking to be determined...
