2013 Trident Sports Benbrook Sprint Triathlon:

  • The best pool swim sprint west of the metroplex.
  • Swim in the YMCA's indoor pool, then bike and run the rolling hills of Holiday Park with all of your Fort Worth tri buddies.
  • A great first-timer event and a great training race for more seasoned athletes.

    • Course Information:


    300 yard pool swim 13.8 mile bike 3.1 mile run

  • The swim will be in a 25 yard indoor pool.
  • The bike is on country roads with rolling hills. Each major intersection will be traffic controlled.
  • The run course is a 3.1 mile run along the north shore of Benbrook Lake.

    • Directions:



  • Exit I20 on to Winscott Drive, going south.
  • Continue south and YMCA is on the left. (in Benbrook)
