SWIM Cunningham Pond, Peterborough, NH- .40 mile Swim
Swim to the right of buoys. Swimmers must wear swim caps.
BIKE to Peterborough Rec Dept from Cunningham Pond- 12-mile Bike
Bikers must wear helmets, no drafting.
There will be a lead and trail vehicle on course
Challenging Bike Course-Mountain Bikes Recommended!
RUN to Edward McDowell Lake from Peterborough Rec Dept- 5K Run
Cars have right of way. Road guards and water stops provided.

NOTE: The bike course is posted as 'challenging - mountain bikes recommended' because the road is a bit rough, but it is a paved road. It is NOT an off-road bike course. Road bikes will work fine for the MCS triathlon, as long as you are aware that certain areas are rough, especially on the first 3-4 miles of the bike leg. WANT A CLOSER LOOK? NOTE:
Race will start promptly at 9:30am. Please drop your bike off at Cunningham Pond and drive down to 64 Union Street to leave your car. This is a 10 minute drive. It is also close to the finish area. A shuttle will bring you to the start of the race. The last shuttle will leave from 64 Union Street at 9:10am. There is no shuttle to Cunningham Pond after the race.
