    SWIM: (or Kayak/Paddle Board)
  • The .25 mile pond swim or 1 mile kayak is in Watchaug Pond.
  • Water temperature averages between 55- 60 degrees.
  • Wetsuits are highly recommended.
  • In the event of poor swim conditions, the race director and Burlingame Park Management reserve the right to shorten, alter or eliminate the swim/kayak course.

  • MOUNTAIN BIKE:
  • The bike course includes 8 miles of the single-track mountain bike trails famous at Burlingame.
