Course Information:

  • The swim takes place in Mattawoman Bay.
  • After a short run to the transition area athletes will race along 16 miles of rolling low traffic roads.
  • Once you have laced up your shoes youll head back to the road for a fast out and back 5K with aid stations every mile.
