2009 Tom Sawyer Triathlon:

E.P. “Tom” Sawyer State Park is proud to host its 28th annual Triathlon on August 1, 2009.

Course Info:

The USAT sanctioned event consists of a ½ mile swim, 14 mile bike ride and 5K run.

All legs 3 legs of the triathlon will be held either on the park grounds or on the surrounding roads.

Directions:

E. P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park is located in Louisville.

Take the Gene Snyder Freeway to the Westport Road west exit.

Individuals and teams are welcome

Registration opens May 26th and runs until July 11th.

The race fee is $55 for individuals and $90 for teams.

A $10 one-day insurance fee is required for all non-USAT members.

All race participants will receive an official triathlon shirt.

Awards for age group and overall winners.
