Description: General Information: Adults 14 & up
  • Check-in begins at 7 a.m.
  • Everyone must check-in 30 minutes before their wave begins
  • Standard tri race wear is recommended.
  • You will need to provide your own lock for lockers—the RWC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Swim cap, goggles and towels are the responsibility of the athletes.
  • Race will be conducted in waves.
  • The number of waves and times will be decided by number of participants.
  • All waves start on time and it is the racers responsibility to be on time.
  • If you miss your wave time you will not be allowed to begin the race.
  • You must be marked with your race number in order to be scored.
  • Electronic timing will be provided by AlSportCentral.
  • This is a time based event.

    Kids Race Information

    Senior Race Distances ages 10-13
  • 200 Meter Swim
  • 4 Mile Bike
  • 800 Mile Run

    Intermediate Race Distances ages 7-9
  • 100 Meter Swim
  • 2 Mile Bike
  • 400 Meter Run

    Junior Race Distances ages 5-6
  • 50 Meter-Swim
  • 800 Meter Bike
  • 300 Meter Run

  • Swim will take place in RWC’s Inman Aquatic Center.
  • Bike and Run will be outside weather permitting.

  • In case of inclement weather the race will be changed into a biathlon (swim & run).
  • Change to race setup will be made at 7 a.m. of the race day.
