2009 Saratoga Lions Duathlon:
- The Saratoga Springs Lions Club Foundation, Inc. is hosting the 5th Annual Saratoga Lions Duathlon on Sunday, May 24, 2009 on the Skidmore College Campus in Saratoga Springs, NY.
- Participants will tackle a 5k run, followed by a 20 mile bike ride, ending with another 5k run.
- Race start time is scheduled for 8:30 a.m.
- Participants can be individual, two person teams or three person teams.
- Area businesses can also participate with a three-person team in the corporate challenge category.

Directions To Race:
- It is easy to get to Saratoga Springs along the major interstates 90 (east-west) and 87 (north-south).
- Take Exit 15 from I 87. Turn left at the stop sign onto Rt. 50, heading towards the city of Saratoga Springs.
- At the fourth traffic light, make a right onto East Ave., following the signs for Skidmore College.
- Continue up the hill to the stop sign on North Broadway. Make a right and then a left into the main entrance of the College.
- Follow the perimeter road south to the Athletic Center
