Crankin For Crohns
This event is hosting multiple activities.
At 9 AM cyclists have the option to ride 100km, 50km, or 20 km.
There is also a Biathlon/Brick for the multi-sport athlete that is:
66 mile bike/10km run
or 44 mile bike/10km
or 22 mile bike and 5km run
Runners
Runners are invited to compete in the 10km or 5km run that will begin at 9:15 AM.
