  • At 9 AM cyclists have the option to ride 100km, 50km, or 20 km.
  • There is also a Biathlon/Brick for the multi-sport athlete that is:
    66 mile bike/10km run
    or 44 mile bike/10km
    or 22 mile bike and 5km run
