Great venue. Fresh water lake for the swim. The bike and run are a flat fast course through the neighborhoods of bucolic Medford, NJ. Go to mapmyride.com, find a ride, Medford,NJ, and search for Birchwood Fourth tri switick for the bike course. After the race hang out at the lake an old fashion family BBQ. The entry fee includes admission to the BBQ. You can try the egg toss or the pie eating contest. Food, beverages and beer. See you on the Fourth.
