Great event for beginners or experienced atheletes.
Post race lunch will be provided by Applebee's of Totowa and will include vegetarian options this year.

The 0.3 mile swim will be a beach start in waves. Course will be marked by buoys.
The 10.4 mile bike course will be mostly flat through the neighborhood streets of Lincoln Park.
The 3.2 mile run will be a one loop, very flat course on paved roads ending back at the lake.
