The races are road races - 5K and half-marathon. The rides are 15, 30, and century supported road rides. There is an option for the Endurance challenge - race the half-marathon then ride the century!

From the East: Take Route 30 West to York. Take the 74 North exit toward Dover. At the square in Dover, turn left onto Canal Road. Go approximately one mile to North Salem Church Road and turn Right. Go approximately ¼ mile. North Salem Elementary School will be on the right. - - From the West: Take Route 30 East towards York. Take the 74 North exit toward Dover. At the square in Dover, turn left onto Canal Road. Go approximately one mile to North Salem Church Road and turn Right. Go approximately ¼ mile. North Salem Elementary School will be on the right.- - From the North: Take 83 South to Route 30 West. Take Route 30 West to 74 North exit toward Dover.
