5K Run 30K Bike 5K Run
Inagural Doylestown Du Sprint duathlon in beautiful Lake Nockamixon State Park.
Awards to first three overall, first three masters, first grand masters first three in each age group with 5 year age groups beginning at 19 and under up to 80-85. There will also be clydesdale and Philly awards. Relay awards to the male, female and coed teams.
The no drafting rule will be strictly enforced!

The 5K run course is mostly flat and fast on the bike path which is closed to vehicular traffic.
The Bike is a single 30K loop with no intersections and all right turns. The bike course is rolling with a few tough climbs. There are plenty of flat areas to get down in your aerobars and rock out! The Bike course is open to traffic but features large shoulders.
