Wildwood YMCA 10th Annual Indoor Sprint Triathlon :
Triathlon : Swim 500 yards, Bike 10 Miles, Run 3.1 Miles

Welcome people of all fitness levels to our triathlon that consists of a 500-yard swim in the Ys indoor pool, a 10-mile bike on a facility cycling bike and a 3-mile run on a treadmill.
The Ys indoor triathlon is an opportunity to experience a unique challenge. Gary Hirssig, the Ys Health and Wellness Director says Completing a triathlon is an incredible goal people can check off their list of what they want to accomplish in life.
Awards will be presented to participants based on age group and the Y encourages all ages to partake. Youth must be able to reach the pedals on our indoor bikes to participate.
The indoor triathlon has a fee of $30, and each participant will receive an event t-shirt.
