All of our Multi-Week Training Programs span the spring and summer of 2012 and meet twice per week on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings to prepare athletes for the mid-summer triathlon season.
Our programs offer the following key components:

Our training program kick off event is Wednesday, April 11 at Fleet Feet in West Hartford, CT. Our 13 Week Sprint Plus and 12 Week Olympic training meets for the first time on Wednesday, April 18 (location TBD). Our 10 Week Sprint training program meets for the first time on Wednesday, May 9 (location TBD).
