The first annual Fort Dodge YMCA indoor triathlon is an exciting 45-minute challenge designed to satisfy anyone’s competitive craving – whether you’re a seasoned triathlete looking for a winter fix or a newbie whose goal is to ”tri” for the first time.
This event brings the swimming, bicycling and running components of a traditional triathlon into one convenient location, the Fort Dodge YMCA.
You’ll race against the clock as you start with 10 minutes in the lap pool, move to the cycling studio for 20 minutes and finish with a 15-minute run on the indoor track.
The total distance you cover across the course determines your score.
All participants will receive a Fort Dodge YMCA Indoor Triathlon T-shirt, participation medal and placement medals to the top three in each age category for men and women.
