2012 Ankeny Youth Triathlon:
Presented by Ankeny Jaycees
Saturday, July 21
Check-in 7:30 a.m.;
Race Begins 8:30 a.m.
Age Divisions: 7-8 yrs; 9-10 yrs; 11-12 yrs; 13-14 yrs (boys and girls will compete separately)
Fee: $30 through July 13; $35 July 14-19
Registration Deadline: July 19 at 5 p.m.

2012 Race Distances:
Ages 7 -10: Swim 100 Yards, Bike 2 Miles, Run ½ Mile
Ages 11-14: Swim 200 Yards, Bike 4 Miles, Run 1 Mile
Swim, bike and run in the Sixth Annual Ankeny Youth Triathlon.
This event is extremely popular and continues to grow each year.
Swim laps in the Prairie Ridge Aquatic Center.
Bike around the Sports Complex. (bike helmet is required)
Run through the finish line at the Prairie Ridge Middle School Track.
Kids of all levels are encouraged to compete.

Awards will be handed out, but everybody that competes is a winner.
A participation meeting will be held on Thursday, July 19th at 7p.m. at the shelter east of the Aquatic Center and attendance is highly recommended.
