2012 Pocomoke Triathlon:
This race will be held the same weekend as the Pocomoke Cypress festival, a great opportunity for families to take their kids for rides and music. Saturday evening fireworks as well. Consider making it a trip the whole family can enjoy!

Adult Triathlon---
Swim: .5 mile, one lap in a freshwater pond
Bike: 14.5 miles, flat rural paved road course
Run: 3.5 miles flat, out and back.
Kids Triathlon---
Swim: 100 yards
Bike: 2 miles
Run: ½ mile
