This is a Great, Fun race for Beginners, Seasoned triathlete's and their Families. The Adult's (15yr's+) chose between a Sprint and a Mini Sprint Distance. The Kid's race categories are based on age, 6-8yrs old and 9-14yrs old.

This race benefits a Non Profit called Colorado Uplift. They teach and mentor our Inner City kid's of Denver through relationship building and opportunities.
Course Information:
The Adult race starts in an indoor pool with the Sprint distance at 475yds and the Mini Sprint at 275yds.
The Bike ride is Hilly but fun! The Sprint is 3 loops while the Mini Sprint is only 2 loops.
The Run is beautiful, leaving the facility and heading out to the park, where the Sprinter's will do 2 loops around the Lake while the Mini Sprint is only 1 lap.
The Kid's race is broken into 2 age groups, 6-8 and 9-14yr olds.
The pool swim is either 25 or 75 yds, kid's may use snorkles, fins etc IF they can not make it safely to the endo of the pool.
The Bike rides are between 1-2miles and the Run is between half a mile and a full mile.
