Triathlon Training- $600 fee includes:
Tues/Thurs coached swim sessions 6-7:30 pm
( includes underwater video sessions)
Weds coached run workouts 5:30-7 pm
Friday eve open water swims
Sundays bimonthly group bike-run workouts
Complete 12 week training plan
Swimming Only Option- $200 fee includes:
Tues/Thurs coached swim sessions only
