The Tinman Triathlon offers a course that is suitable for beginners as well as veterans.
It offers a non-open water swim, and a run where you will face gently rolling hills as well and plenty of flat terrain!!

Course Info:

Swim:
Swim 1100 yard swim in 8 lane competition pool. There will be 2-4 people in each lane.
- - - Bike:
Cycle 19 miles on gently rolling hills, and a good blacktop surface.
All cyclists must observe MN traffic laws.
ANSI or SNELL approved hard shelled helmets are required.
Drafting is prohibited.
- - - Run:
Run 6.2 miles along bike path, goes by the beautiful lake found in Pomme de Terre Park.

The event starts at the Regional Fitness Center, on the UMM campus which is just off of Hwy 59 in Morris, MN.
