- 100 yard serpentine swim in the heated, indoor pool at PORTA High School
SWIM
- Self-seeded start based on your estimated completion time and staggered every 15 seconds
BIKE
- 5 mile bike on flat, out and back prairie road
RUN
- 1 mile run on closed course
