Thursday (p.m.)
•Meet and greet at Indian Lake Resort
•Light 45min run
•Optional Dinner w/ Simon at Indian Lake Resort
Friday
•Swim workout at Somerset High School
•Track Speed Workout at Somerset High School
•Optional Lunch w/ Simon at Maggie Mae’s Cafe
•25 mile light bike ride from Indian Lake Resort to Flight 93 National Memorial and back
•Optional Dinner w/ Simon at Indian Lake Resort
•Optional pontoon boat ride on Indian Lake
Saturday
•Lake swim at Indian Lake (swimmers guided with Jet Skis)
•Optional Lunch at Indian Lake Resort
•Long bike ride (grouped by participant ability). Group A-Indian Lake to rt 160, down rt 31 and back up rt 30. (50 mile). Group B-25 mile bike around Shanksville area.
•Optional Dinner w/ Simon at Indian Lake Resort
•Sunday
•Mock sprint triathlon at Indian Lake, Lake Stoneycreek or Laurel Hill St Park
•Camp Depart (noon)

•Limited to 20 participants (approx.)
•Cost
•$300 payable to Daryl St.Clair, 890 Sunny Hill Ln Harrisburg PA 17111
•Full refund should camp be cancelled
•Lodging and meals (not included). To reduce the cost of registration lodging and meals are optional depending on proximity of residence to training camp location. However, Indian Lake Resort and Maggie Mae’s will offer the camp a discount.
