With a 1/3-mile swim, a 10 mile mountain bike, and a 3-mile trail run this event is friendly for the novice triathlete as well as the well-seasoned veteran.

The 1/3-mile swim will be on the Memphis in May Triathlon Swim Course.

The 10-mile mountain bike will be in and around Edmond Orgill Park.

The 3-mile run course will be entirely inside Edmond Orgill Park through mostly open fields.
