Brief Description

Intensive small group instruction for beginners, struggling swimmers or those that want to improve their freestyle for triathlons or for fun. Students will learn a series of Total Immersion based drills that build upon each other to create a more balanced and effortless stroke. The 2 sessions are on consecutive weekends. Includes a personal improvement prescription, video analysis and email, a 12 week training plan.

Limited to 5 participants. The format allows time to learn, practice and receive correction during class. Go to the website for additional information. Instructor Ingrid Loos Miller is a multiple Ironman finisher, USAT Level 1 Coach and author of "Fearless Swimming for Triathletes (Meyer & Meyer 2011)" Space is very limited so enroll early. Are Refunds available?: No, but we will give you a rain check for a future class if you can't make it to this one.
Is this class right for me?: If you struggle to swim 500 yards ( 20 lengths) or if your average pace per 100 yards is slower than 2 minutes, this class is for you. If you don't know how to swim freestyle at all, this class is right for you too. We teach everyone the same lessons at the same time so this class works for swimmers of all levels.
Will I swim faster after this class?: Yes, if you practice and become comfortable with the new stroke that you learn in class.
