Description:

2012 Algona Family YMCA Indoor Triathlon:

  • Pool swim, stationary bike ride, treadmill run.
  • All indoors.
  • Maximum of 48 pre register participants.
    		•
    Course Info:
    Swim:
  • The 10 minute swim will take place in the Burlingame Aquatic Center.
  • Laps will be counted and recorded.

    T-1:
  • 5 minute transition time between events.

    Bike:
  • The 20 minute bike ride will be on the YMCA cycling bikes in the AMU Youth Gym.
  • All bikes will be calibrated the same and have odometers.

    T-2:
  • 5 minute transition time between events.

    Run:
  • The run/walk will be in the YMCA fitness center on the treadmills.
  • Instructions will be available for settings on each treadmill.
