    Course Information:

  • Swim starts 12 mile upstream (trolleys take participants to start), swim is a straight line with the current.
  • Water temp in the 70s, wetsuits allowed but not necessary.

  • Bike course goes through Riverstone Park, onto Seltice Way and back (3 loops).
  • No tandem or pull carts allowed.
  • Helmets required.

  • Run course follows Centennial Trail north to Golf Course Rd.
  • There will be an aid station with water at the turn around.
  • Run finishes with a loop around Riverstone Lake in the Park.
  • Run course is flat.
