What can you do in this unique Duathlon! You have 25 minutes to swim as many laps as you can and 30 minutes to run or walk as many laps as you can. This is a great race for beginners to gain experience and a great way to begin learning about Duathlons and Triathlons! We will condition you, give you technique advice, and give you nutritional advice through this training and event! This is especially good for the person who has wanted to get active and fit but just hasn’t found the right kind of motivation or fun new exercise yet! Try this new race out!

This is a twice a week training from Sept 10th - Oct 31st. The race will be on Oct 31st in the morning. More specific details will be published ASAP. Mark your Calendars!!!
