2011 Lavaman Waikoloa Triathlon:
Celebrate the spirit of the Lavaman Triathlon!
The 15th annual Waikoloa Lavaman Triathlon will be held Sunday, April 1, 2012 at Waikoloa Beach Resort on the beautiful Kohala Coast of the Island of Hawaii.

Course Info:

Olympic Distance (1.5K Swim, 40K Bike,10K Run)
Swim at Anaehoomalu Bay at the Waikoloa Beach Resort.
The Bike ride is out and back on the Queen Kaahumanu Hwy. (Ironman Bike Course) then back into the resort.
The run is through the Waikoloa Beach Resort & the grounds of the Hilton Waikoloa Village and has varied terrain consisting of lava, sand, coral trail, road, lawn, & flagstone path with a beach finish. Trail shoes are recommended over racing flats.
