Description:

The University of Minnesota’s annual Tri-U-Mah indoor triathlon includes a 30 minute swim, 30 minute bike and 30 minute run.

Course Info:

The swim portion of the event will take place in the Dorothy L. Shepard Natatorium.
The bike and run portions will be held in the University Recreation Center.
Precor stationary bikes are outfitted with SPD pedals and cage.
Participants will be running on Woodway treadmills.

Participant limit for this race is 180, so register soon!
Prizes will be awarded to the overall, and age category male and female winners.
Awards are based on total accumulated mileage.
TriUMah is an individual event, no relay entries will be accepted.
Participants have to provide their own swim suit, goggles, swim cap, and clothing for the bike and run.
Stiff-soled or cycling shoes are recommended.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued.
