a rolling 14 mile bike ride,
casual 5-k run through the park.

Directions:

Take I 20/635 to 175 East (C.F. Hawn Frwy).
Proceed on 175 about 70 miles until you reach Hwy 31 (1st signal light in Athens) Turn left, proceed to Hyw 19 (Taco Bell) Turn Rt, go through the fourth signal light, turn left into the Cain Center (1/2 block).
Parking is at a premium.
