2011 Andrew J. Reed Jr. Triathlon:

  • The Cranston YMCA is holding a Triathlon on Saturday, August 27th at 8:30 AM.
  • There will be a 1/2 mile swim, 12 mile bike ride and a 3 mile run.
  • Gate will open at 6:30 AM.
  • Half mile lake swim followed by a challenging 12 mile bike ride concluding with a 3 mile run.

  • Registration deadline is August 14th.
  • Please visit the Cranston YMCA or visit us online at www.ymcagreaterprovidence.org , Cranston branch to register.
  • If you know of anyone who would like to volunteer their time for the triathlon, please have them visit the Cranston Y to fill out an information form.

    REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO 100
  • $35 for Individual Members $50 for Individual Non Members

    • Course Information:

     
  • The swim will take place in the Camp Massasoit Reservoir.
  • The bike ride will be on the road as will the run.
  • Participants without a bike helmet will not be allowed to compete.
