2011 Old Stone House Fall Foliage Run & Bike:

The route for all the events winds through the countryside of Brownington, VT, with views of landmarks like Jay Peak, Lake Memphremagog and Lake Willoughby.

The Half Marathon is mildly challenging, as well as the 5K Run & Walk.

The Bike Race is moderately challenging.

Registration before 8/15/11 is $15.

Registration after 8/15/11 is $20.

Course Information:

All events will take place over dirt roads in the countryside of Brownington, Vermont.

Directions:

From Southern Vermont

1. Take I-91 N toward NORWICH/ST JOHNSBURY.

2. Take the US-5 S/VT-58 E exit, EXIT 26, toward ORLEANS.

3. Turn LEFT onto US-5 S/VT-58 E/ROUTE 5. Continue to follow VT-58 E.

4. Veer RIGHT onto VT-58/N CHURCH ST. Continue to follow VT-58.

5. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto EAST ST. EAST ST becomes TARBOX HILL RD.

TARBOX HILL RD becomes FROG POND RD. Drive for 2 miles.

6. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto HINMAN SETTLER RD.

7. Take the 1st RIGHT onto OLD STONE HOUSE RD (Portions unpaved).
