2011 YMCA of the Prairie Triathlon:

  • The YMCA of the Prairie Triathlon encourages people of all fitness levels to get up and move.
  • The Sprint Triathlon is a 500-meter swim, a 10-mile bike and a 5K walk/run.
  • Three divisions are offered: Competitive (finish and splits timed), Relay (finish and splits timed) and Just for Fun (finish time only). Register by August 19th.

    • Course Information:


  • Swimming events will take place at the YMCA swimming pool with swimmers starting at various times.
  • The run and bike events will take place in Holdrege starting and ending at the YMCA.
