This is a perfect first triathlon for the beginning youth triathlete!
Entire course is on the ETSU campus with no roads to cross.
Ages 5-10
Swim course :(72yards) Pool swim - 3 lengths in 24 yard indoor pool
Bike course: 3 laps of parking lot for 1 mile.
Run course: 1 lap of running path for 1/2 mile
Ages 11-15
Swim course :(144yards) Pool swim - 6 lengths in 24 yard indoor pool
Bike course: 6 laps of parking lot for 2 miles.
Run course: 2 lap of running path for 1 mile
