2011 Sigma Phi Epsilon Heart Healthy Triathlon:

Sigma Phi Epsilon's 3rd Annual Healthy Heart Triathon will be held on May 8th, 2011.

Registration will take place at 8am in the Student Aquatic Center, located in the Student Recreation Center on the campus of Southeast Missouri State University.

The race will begin in the pool with a 150 meter lap swim, then a 6 mile road bike course, finishing with a 1.75 mile run.

Course Information:

The swimming portion takes place in a lap pool.

The bike course contains hills and sharp turns on a closed road. (Click link to view bike course)

The run is on a closed road through and outside of the Southeast Missouri State University campus. (Click link to view run course)

2011 Entry Fees:

$15.00 per individual

$25.00 for two person teams

$30.00 for three person teams.

Race day Registration will be an additional $5.00
