This is a Kids Duathlon for ages 6-13 with a fun run for 5 & under. This race will benefit The Caring Place, a 501c3 non-profit youth development center in Allentown, PA.
Ages 8-13 will be chip timed. All race participants will receive a free race shirt and medal.
Music, fun and plenty of refreshments will make this day great. Don't miss this race!

Course Information:
This race takes place on Rodale Park's one-mile macadam loop. This is a great venue for young racers as parents will enjoy watching their children from several points on the track.
Directions:
From I-78, take route 100 south to Hamilton, turn right. Go about 1/4 mile to Mosser Road, turn right.
Rodale Park is directly across the street from the Valley Preferred Cycling Center (Velodrome).

Other Info:
In addition to the race, we will also be offering a six-week training clinic, Sundays from May 1st to June 5th 3-5pm. This clinic is free with $20 paid race entry and $5 USAT fee. The clinic is USAT sanctioned and will focus on running technique, proper stretching, transition practice, bike handling, safety and fitness. All children will receive a free training journal ($5 value).
