Swim 250 Yards, Bike 6 miles and Run 2 miles in that order!
Course Information:
The swim course is in the Meeker Recreation pool, 5 laps (a lap is down and back). You will share a swim lane with another competitor during the competition. Then you will transition from the pool to the bike course (helmets required). The bike course terrain will be pavement and gravel including cattle guards and hills. The running course will be on pavement, grass and gravel.

For a registration form, course routes and additional information please stop by the Meeker Recreation Center. Required equipment: swim attire, bicycle and helmet. Recommended equipment: goggles, swim cap and running shoes. Dont have
a bike to use for the event? Dont let this be your excuse this year! We can help you find a bike to borrow for the event.
