A 6 weeks free with paid triathlon entry. Bike and run training, instruction and encouragement from experienced running and cycling coaches available every Tuesday, 6 - 7 PM from 6/21 until the date of thr triathlon. Swim training every Thursday, 6-7 PM begining 6/23. All training takes takes in Noble Park. 2915 Park Ave, Paducah, KY

Ages 7&8; 9&10 Pool Swim: 100 YDS, Bike 5K in a "closed to traffic park;
Run through park on mowed grass. 1K
Ages 11&12; 13&14 Pool Swim: 200 YDS, Bike 10K in a "closed to traffic park
Run through park on mowed grass. 2K

Paducah is is within a 6 hour drive of half the eastern United states. 6 hours south of Chicago; 1.75 hours northwest of Nashville; 3 hours northeast of Memphis; 3 hours southeast of St. Louis. 4 Hours west of Lexington.

Focus is on personal fitness and setting goals for a healthy life. All children receive a "Finisher's Medal" and a tee shirt. There are door prizes. Race photographer will be on site and individual photos may be ordered. The Paducah Pediatrics Kids Triathlon on saturday is followed on Sunday by the Paducah "BIG" Kids Sprint Triathlon (ages 15-99) on Sunday. Perfect triathlon week-end for the whole family.
