Course Information:


  • Quarter mile swim in prestine cedar lake water. The course is marked with numerous orange bouys, lifeguards, row boats, paddle boats, motorboats, the rescue/dive team.
  • 10.2 mile bike on roads that are closed to vehicular traffic. Out and back, flat course.
  • 3.2 mile run that wraps around the residential community. Mile markers every mile, with 4 waterstops on the course.
