What could be more perfect then spending 6 days training in the beautiful high desert mountains of southern California and soaking in a spectacular hot springs pool each day!? Enjoy epic rides with a variety of great climbing in the surrounding mountains and fast flats out onto the scenic Anza Borrego Desert floor! There are great trails to run and the opportunity for a gait evaluation. There is also a regular cold pool to keep up some swim workouts and get help with swim technique. Kevin Swanson, DPT, CSCS will provide coaching, biomechanical, and musculoskeletal services that will prepare you for a healthy and successful season. You will also learn about performance enhancing psychology from special guest Michael Madison, Ph.D. If you are a multi-sport athlete not much can top this experience for kicking off your season!
