RELAY TEAM CAPTAINS
A relay captain is the person who will create and pay for the team. One person from a team of 2-3 must be designated "TEAM CAPTAIN". Please click "Register Now" then choose "Team Captain Registration" category. You will be asked to create the Team Name at the beginning of the event registration.
RELAY TEAM MEMBERS
A Relay member is someone who is joining a team that has already been created by the TEAM CAPTAIN. Click on the "Register Now" button, and choose "Team Member Registration" then choose the Team Name from the drop down menu at the beginning of the registration. If you do not see your Team Name in the drop down menu please contact the TEAM CAPTAIN

Swim - in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico
Bike - Out and Back. Bike thru Beautiful Key Marco. Hilly in Places. ( Yes South Florida has a Few Hills)
Sprint Run 3.1 Miles - Run on the Beautiful wide white Sandy Beach - Hard packed sand.
