On Saturday July 26, 2008 over 1,200 cyclists will join together to ride from Welches to Hood River, Oregon in the 13th Annual American Diabetes Associations, Tour de Cure (formerly known as Summit to Surf).

Whether youre a beginning rider or a serious cyclist, we have a route for you including the family ride (10 miles) Route distance are 10, 36, 48, 56, 68, 75 and 100 miles

Course Information:

Many riders will take on the challenging 100-mile Fire & Ice climb to Timberline Lodge on the slopes of Mt. Hood at 6,000 feet above sea level!

Regardless of the route, each route will take you through some of the most scenic areas in the NW, offering unparalleled vistas of the Cascades, including up close views of Mt. Hood before finishing on the bank of the Columbia River at Port Marina Park in Hood River.

All routes are fully supported with SAG vehicles, rest stops and bike mechanics.

Because this is a point-to-point ride, we provide buses and UPS trucks to transport you and your bike back to your starting point at the conclusion of the ride.
